As of October 21, 2024 customers will have access to 19 locations across 3 states.  Community First Bank customers will continue to experience the same trusted partnership with the knowledgeable professionals who live and work in your communities.

Will the Branch hours change?

Branch Hours – Branch lobby and drive through hours will not change.  See Branch Location section for a full listing of locations and hours.

Where do I call for immediate questions?

Call Center – Effective August 1, 2024, the CFB call center 877-881-2130 will be transitioned to the DSB (833) 349-3226.  Customers may select the option for the desired location.  Each location has voicemail established and a commitment to follow up with customers within 24 hours.

Will my Online Banking username and password change?

When logging into online banking for the first time beginning Monday, October 21st at 9:00 AM customers should: 

• • Input the username they have used for the CFB Online Banking 
• • Input the last 4 digits of their Social Security number in the password field 
• • The system will then prompt them to set a new password. 

If you are unsuccessful in accessing your account using the steps above, please follow the forgot password steps: 

• • Input the username they have used for the CFB Online Banking 
• • Click “Forgot” 
• • At the next screen, click “Try another way” 
• • Input the full Social Security number associated with the account 
• • Input the full account number 
• • Click “Next” 
• • Follow the prompts to receive the reset link

Will my account number change?

Account number - Your account number will remain the same unless you are notified of a change in a separate mailing. 

Will my routing and transit number change?

Routing & Transit Number – The new routing and transit number is 053112466. Please be sure to use this new number beginning October 21, 2024.

Can I use my current checks and deposit slips?

Checks & Deposit Slips – Although the Community First routing number will change, you may continue to use your existing checks and deposit slips. When you need to order new checks, you can order directly online, by phone or in person. If you order checks from a source other than Dogwood State Bank, please contact your local branch to obtain important bank-specific information prior to placing your order.

Will my automatic drafts and deposits be interrupted?

Automatic Drafts & Deposits – To ensure your automatic drafts and deposits continue without interruption, please be sure to update your routing and transit number to 053112466, with the appropriate companies.

When will I receive my account statements?

All account holders receiving monthly statements, paper or electronic, will receive a final Community First Bank paper statement dated October 18, 2024. Accrued interest will be posted on October 18, 2024 for all interest-bearing accounts. Consumer account statements will be mailed the 15th of every month beginning November 15, 2024. Business statements will be mailed at the end of the month, beginning October 31, 2024.

Will I still have access to my historical account statements?

After October 21, 2024, customers will have access to the previous 3 months of statements via eStatements in Dogwood State Bank Online Banking, Business Electronic Banking, or Treasury Management. Branch team members will be able to access statements older than 3 months should customers need older statement copies. Customers may print statements older than 3 months prior to October 18, 2024 if needed.
